Profil Kondisi Fisik Atlet Sepak Bola Usia 20 Tahun Pada SSB Talise Kota Palu

This research was motivated by the unknown profile of the level of physical condition of 20 year old football athletes at SSB Abadi Talise, Palu City. This study aims to determine the profile of the physical condition of 20 year old football athletes at SSB Abadi Talise, Palu City. Physical conditions in this study were limited to strength, speed, agility, flexibility, explosive power and endurance. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey. The population in this study were 20 year old football athletes at SSB Abadi Talise, Palu City, totaling 18 trained athletes, who were taken using the technique Total sampling totaling 18 trained athletes. Instruments for measuring strength, namely sit up, speed ie Run 50 m, that agility shuttle run, flexibility ie sit and reach, leg explosive power ie vertical jump, and endurance tests Vo2max use bleep test. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis presented in percentage form. The research results showed that the profile of the level of physical condition of 20 year old football athletes at SSB Abadi Talise, Palu City was in the "very good" category at 6% (1 athlete). “good” by 12% (2 athletes). “medium” was 67% (12 athletes). “less” by 17% (3 athletes). "Very poor" is 0% (0 athletes), so it can be seen that the physical condition profile of 20 year old football athletes at SSB Abadi Talise, Palu City is in the "medium" category at 67%.
