PROFIL PIGMEN PADA Nepenthes Spp. DI WILAYAH DANAU POSO KABUPATEN POSO SULAWESI TENGAH

The study entitled “Profile of Pigments in Nepenthes spp. at Lake Poso, Poso
Regency, Central Sulawesi" it took from January to November 2021. The purpose
to determine the levels of pigment contained in the Nepenthes and to determine the
relationship between the pigment levels of pitcher colour and the light intensity
factor. The method used spectrophotometry and Pearson correlation. The results
showed the highest chlorophyll content in the sample NM 06 (1,850 mg/L) and the
lowest in the sample NM 03 (0,753 mg/L), the highest carotenoid in the sample NM
06 (17,986 µmol/g) and the lowest in the sample NM 02 (7,957 µmol/g), the highest
anthocyanin in the sample NM 04 (0,00618 mg/g ) and the lowest in the sample
NM 01. The relationship between color pigment content and light intensity is low
correlation 0,148048.
