The purpose of this study is to conceptualize and redesign the tourism facilities for Lake Poso
Data were collected through direct observation and unstructured interviews to produce data in the form of a situation description of the object the researcher observed, as well as literature studies and comparative studies.
The data were analyzed using macro and micro analysis as well as examining the principles of hybrid architecture design to elevate the identity or tradition specifically based on place / region and culture (the study of the Tambi traditional house) as a starting point in order to get the form of hybrid architecture transformation at Lake Poso tourism facilities.
The result of this study is the redesign of Lake Poso tourism facilities, planned with the consideration of the natural, cultural and artificial potentials that exist around Lake Poso. The image of the building is obtained through the Hybrid Architecture approach (Tambi traditional house study) by combining modern elements and local wisdom.
