Bungku City, Central Sulawesi, there are a lot of forest woods that have good quality with several types of wood which are known for their strength and beauty. And by creating a concept that gets a redesigned industrial center building design that provides comfort for workers and accordance with Industrial Center standards is a manifestation of meeting the needs of the community and owners of small industries in Bungku City for production sites, and the community can be easy to buy products, and this type of business can make things easy because it can be done in a good place.
The research method used is a qualitative research method, based on the research objectives, namely to formulate a conceptual basis for the physical design of the redesign of the furniture industry center in Bungku, which aims to obtain a complete picture of something according to the human perspective under study.
And based on the results of research conducted in Bungku City, especially in the existing industrial centers, it is found that the Bungku City needs a Furniture Industrial Center Redesign that is in accordance with the industrial center standards.
