Sweet potatoes in Indonesia are still underutilized and are still limited to additional planting materials and substitute materials in the food industry. The purpose of this research is to determine the right dose of mycorrhizae to increase the growth of sweet potato cuttings, to analyze the growth of sweet potatoes at different lengths of cuttings. This research was conducted in an academic garden (screnhouse), Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University. The research began in May until July 2019. This study used a two-factor randomized block design (RAK) consisting of mycorrhizal fungi dose (M0, M1, M2, M3) and the number of sweet potato stem segments (R1, R2, R3) . So there are 12 combinations of 3 replications each so that there are 36 experimental units. The results showed that the longer the cuttings, the greater the stock of food reserves for cuttings until the roots produced would be increasingly large. The provision of mycorrhizal fungi (FMA) was able to increase the growth and yield of sweet potato plants, especially on plant length, number of leaves, number of branches and tuber weights. in sweet potato plants with an optimum dosage of 20g / polybag. Giving an FMA of 20 g / polybag gives a better effect on growth and components of plant yields than without mycorrhizae.
