REVITALIZATION OF CULTURAL RESERVES OF THE GONENGGATI GRAVEYARD IN DONGGALA DISTRICT

Donggala Regency has the potential for tourism and various cultures, one of which is cultural heritage, namely the Gonenggati grave cultural heritage site in Donggala Regency. The Gonenggati Tomb Cultural Heritage Site is one of the historical and cultural heritages of the Kaili tribe that needs to be noticed and preserved.
The condition of the Gonenggati grave site is architecturally not worth visiting, because the site area is not yet organized, there are no adequate facilities for pilgrims and visitors, there are no facilities that meet standards such as clean water supplies and electricity sources. As well as the road conditions traversed by two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles have a lot of damage at several points to get to their destination.
The purpose of this research is to create a design for the revitalization of the cultural heritage of the Gonenggati tomb which can attract visitors by identifying and analyzing existing problems, then transforming it into a design.
Collecting data, among others, by means of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis was carried out by analyzing the map and descriptive qualitative depiction of the symptoms that have been obtained from the observation results. The results of this study resulted in a revitalization design for the cultural heritage of the Gonenggati tomb with an arrangement that considers the existing conditions of the site and the surrounding environment, the utilization of its potential and adequate facilities.
