Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pada Kelompok Tani Hutan Lestari Di Kawasan Hkm Desa Koromatantu Kabupaten Morowali Utara

ABSTRACT
Forestry development using the HKm pattern must focus more on empowerment efforts, to increase community capacity in forest farmer groups. So that we can develop an empowerment strategy that is very profitable in increasing cooperation, as well as improving the economy of the community of sustainable forest farmer groups located in Koromatantu Village, Petasia District, North Morowali Regency. This research aims to determine community empowerment strategies in sustainable forest farmer groups and determine various internal and external factors. This research was carried out for two months, namely from June to July 2023, located in Koromatantu Village, Petasia District, North Morowali Regency. This research method uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis approach. The data sources used in this research are the results of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research can show opportunities for community empowerment in increasing independence, improving forest resource institutions, human resources and community socio-economics. in the forestry sector in the very large HKM area of Koromatantu Village. Strategies that can be implemented are implementing government/forest management unit (KPH) policies and following various good collaborations to increase empowerment in the forestry sector. Community empowerment in sustainable forest farmer groups has enormous opportunities. so that we can develop an empowerment strategy that is very profitable in increasing cooperation, as well as improving the economy of sustainable forest farmer groups. strategies that can be applied are: Following good cooperation in developing various accessibility, Improvement of facilities and infrastructure to carry out maintenance.Kata Kunci: community empowerment strategy in forest farmer groups.
