ABSTRACT
Mr. Andi Mansur’s young coconut business that was founded bay Mr. Andi Mansur ini 2015. The young coconut business is located on the street. Bantilan Tatanga Vilage, West Palu District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. This young coconut is one of the agricultura products with high economic valeu. Coconut water contains a variety of vitamins and minerals and sugar so that it can be categorizet as a nutritious soft drink. Currently, coconut plays a very important role in the economy as a source of employment, domestic industrial raw materials and direct consumption. This study uses SWOT analysis in order to determine the analysis of strenghts, weaknesses. Opportunities and threats that are used to evaluate the company and develop strategic planing.
