Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Pembudidayaan Sistem Mina UPR Jaya Mas Di Desa Monggonit Kecamatan Tiloan Kabupaten Buol

Monggonit Village is the only village in Buol Regency that implements the Mina UPR Jaya Mas system. however, the main problem is the treatment technique which is still very simple and limited water resources. The aims of this study to determine what alternative strategies are appropriate to be applied in the development of the UPR Jaya Mas system cultivation business in Monggonit Village, Tiloan District, Buol Regency. Determination of respondents is determined intentionally (purposive). The number of respondents are 4 consisting of 1 leader, 1 Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Buol , 2 consumers. The analysis used in this study is SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the development of the Mina rice system cultivation business at UPR Jaya Mas is in the SO strategy, namely quadrant I, where in this position creates a strategy that uses strengths to take advantage of opportunities. The alternative strategy is to maintain the quality of fish seeds with care and accelerate fish growth through existing technology information and also feeding according to the type of fish. Maintaining the suitability of fish species by maintaining soil and water quality and accelerating fish growth to take advantage of the limited availability of land and water. Improve the skills of mastering Mina rice cultivation techniques with education and training to excel with the upcoming competition and be able to continue to survive with the Mina rice system.
