STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN SELADA DI HIDROPONIK SIGIFARM

This research aims to 1) find out the internal and external factors that influence
Sigifarm Hydroponic gardens. 2) find out strategies that can be used to increase hydroponic
lettuce production in Sigifarm Hydroponics. This research was carried out in January–March
2023 at Sigifarm Hydroponics. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The research
results obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS calculations are the main internal
strength factor, namely fresh and pesticide-free lettuce products with a total score of 0.64 and
the main weakness is limited capital with a score of 0.44. The main opportunity external
factor is the availability of a wide market with a score of 0.70 and the main threat is pest
attacks and plant diseases with a score of 0.43. The strategy used to increase lettuce plants at
Sigifarm Hydroponics is in quadrant I, namely the S-O strategy to maximize strength to take
advantage of opportunities, namely: 1) Using government support to develop the business in
order to obtain capital and establish partnerships. 2) Maintaining the quality of vegetables
owned to meet lettuce quality standards in response to changes in lifestyle in society in
consuming healthy vegetables 3) Utilizing certificates and experience to penetrate modern
markets and markets on a wider scale
