Abstract

Abstract
Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) Method is an example of “orderly fun” and a way of keeping students’ whole brain involved in learning. Whole brain teaching is a research based instruction that gives more importance to interaction between teacher and students and also between students and students. This research was conducted through Library Research Design aimed at finding out the application of WBT Method to improve speaking skill and its effect on students’ speaking skill. The data sources of this study were collected from books, research articles and dissertations related to WBT Method. Synthesis design was used in complementing the data. This design aimed at organizing, connecting, and concluding information found in the sources. Based on the application of WBT Method, it is found that WBT has a positive influence on the students’ achievement. WBT has made a difference in the way of students remembering and retaining information. They are more engaged and actively participating inside to speaking in the classrooms.
