SURVEI KONDISI FISIK DAYA TAHAN AEROBIK (VO2MAX) PADA TIM EKSTRAKULIKULER FUTSAL SMA NEGERI 1 PALU

The formula of the problem that will be discussed is how is the physical condition of extracurricular aerobic endurance (VO2Max) at SMA Negeri 1 Palu? The aim of this study was to determine the physical condition of the aerobic endurance (VO2Max) extracurricular team of SMA Negeri 1 Palu.
This research is a descriptive type of research, which aims to determine the physical condition of aerobic endurance in the futsal team of SMA Negeri 1 Palu as it is without giving any treatment first. The problem that occurred in the SMA Negeri 1 Palu futsal team was knowing the level of the physical condition of the aerobic endurance of the SMA Negeri 1 Palu futsal team.
The population in this study were all 16 players of the futsal team of SMA Negeri 1 Palu. This research was conducted by means of a bleep test or MFT. The results of the survey, obtained aerobic endurance or VO2Max, the average futsal team of SMA Negeri 1 Palu is 41.36?tegorized as moderate. Where the very good category is 1 person or 6.25%, the good category is 5 people or 31.25%, the medium category is 7 people or 43.75% and the less category is 3 people or 18.75%.
Based on the results of the study, the VO2Max aerobic endurance of the futsal extracurricular team of SMA Negeri 1 Palu was categorized as moderate.
