PADA PROYEK PENINGKATAN RUAS JALAN SAUSU – TUMORA

ABSTRAK
Lapis pondasi atas merupakan lapisan perkerasan yang salah satu fungsinya adalah menahan
beban lalu lintas dan meneruskan tegangan kelapisan bawahnya. Lapis pondasi atas pada ruas jalan
Sausu – Tumora mengalami kerusakan dan berlubang – lubang yang menimbulkan rasa tidak aman
dan nyaman bagi pengguna jalan sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan jalan pada ruas jalan tersebut.
Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan – tahapan pelaksanaan pekerjaan
lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A; dan mengetahui bahan dan peralatan apa saja yang digunakan
dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A; membandingkan kesesuaian antara
teknis pelaksanaan lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A di lapangan dengan teori dan spesifikasinya.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari proses pekerjaan lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A dilapangan yaitu:
Tahapan – tahapan pekerjaan lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi;
Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan lapis pondasi atas agregat kelas A bahan dan peralatan yang digunakan
telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi; pengendalian mutu yang dilakukan di lapangan juga seluruhnya
telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi, dilakukan pengujian Sand Cone pada titik dengan jarak 100 m.

ABSTRACT
The upper foundation layer is a pavement layer whose function is to withstand traffic
loads and transmit stress to the lower layers. The upper foundation layer on the Sausu - Tumora road
section is damaged and potholes that cause insecurity and comfort for road users so that it is
necessary to increase the road on the road section.
The purpose of this paper is to find out the stages of the implementation of the top layer of
foundation of class A aggregate; and find out what materials and equipment are used in the
implementation of the top layer of foundation of class A aggregate; compare the suitability between
the technical implementation of the top layer of foundation of class A aggregate in the field with the
theory and specifications.
The results obtained from the process of foundation layer work on class A aggregate in the field are:
The stages of the work of the foundation layer of class A aggregate are in accordance with the
specifications; In the implementation of the work of the foundation layer of class A aggregate, the
materials and equipment used are in accordance with the specifications; the quality control carried
out in the field is also entirely in accordance with the specifications, Sand Cone testing is carried
out at a point with a distance of 100m.
