ABSTRAK
Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan termasuk bagian pelengkap. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas alat berat pada pekerjaan lapis Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course (AC – BC) sudah memenuhi standar spesifikasi, dan untuk mengetahui teknis pelaksanaan di lapangan sudah memenuhi standar spesifikasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode primer dan sekunder. Hasil yang diperoleh dari proses pekerjaan Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course (AC – BC) pada Proyek Rekonstruksi Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai sudah memenuhi standar spesifikasi tetapi proses pengontrolan suhu tidak terlalu diperhatikan.

ABSTRACK
Roads are land transportation infrastructure that cover all of the roads including complementary parts. The purpose of this research is to find out the productivity of heavy equipment of the Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course (AC – BC) layer project have fulfilled the specification standard, and to find out the technical implementation in the field has met the specification standard. Data were collected through primary and secondary study method. The result obtained from the Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course (AC – BC) on the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Road Reconstruction Project Palu City have fulfilled the specification standard but the temperature control process is not really noticed.
