TUTURAN IMPERATIF BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA MTS ALKHAIRAAT KOYA DESA KOYA KECAMATAN PETASIA KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA

The main problems of this research are (1) what types of imperative speech do students at MTs Alkhairaat Koya use?, And (2) How are students courtesy in using imperative speech at MTs alkhairaat Koya? The aims of this research are describing the types and courtesy of imperative. This research used qualitative and descriptive methods. The techniques of data analysis employed miles and hubermans technique consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results indicated that there are six types of imperative speech used by the student at MTs Alkhairaat Koya, they are (1) commands (2) requests, (3) demans, (4) invitations, (5) prohibitions, and (6) appreciation. While students courtesy includes (1) politenes maxim of wisdom, (2) politenes of maxims of praise / appreciation, (3) politenes of maxim of opportunity.
