Konflik Tenurial Di Desa Pombewe Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi

This study aims to identify and analyze the phenomenon of tenurial conflict and conflict resolution in Pombewe Village. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The study took place in Pombewe Village, Sigi-Biromaru Sub-district, Sigi Regency, which has experienced tenurial conflict over the control of former HGU (Right to Cultivate) land previously held by PT. Hasfarm.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) The tenurial conflict is triggered by differing perspectives and interests among the local community, the government, and the Land Bank Agency; (2) The conflict resolution process involves multiple stakeholders, mediated by the local government, and remains unresolved to this day.
