PERLINDUNGAN HAK ASASI TERSANGKA DAN TERDAKWA DALAM PROSES PERADILAN PIDANA

The objective of this research were to find out the ptotection of
suspected and accuser in criminal process and to find out the implementation of
law enforcement against suspected and accuser rights in criminal process. The
protection of suspected and accuser rights have not fully conducted as stipulated
in Criminal Law Legislation Book aims to provide protection against human rights.
It is due to indication of deviation and arbitrary action against suspected and
accuser but sadly there was not strict rule for law enforcer intentionally did
criminal either phychologically crime. Through this research, it is expected that
the law protection can be stricter in national criminal law stipulating references
that every officer intentionally do crime and against law can be given sanction and
law enforcer should be able to optimize mental attitude and moral integrity
oriented to service model more human nature by emphasizing law and society
security protection with interest and protection of human rights of suspected and
accuser in criminal justification process.
