Implementasi Kebijakan Mitigasi Bencana Pada Kantor BPBD Kabupaten Pasangkayu

This study aims to determine how the process of implementing disaster mitigation policies in the city of Pasangkayu. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Where the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses an implementation model according to Edward Ill (Subarsono) with four variables, namely, resources, communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure. with 7 informants. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Disaster Mitigation Policy in the city of Pasangkayu has been going well, measured from four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, where aspects of communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure have been carried out properly by the officials. in the office of the Disaster Management Agency of Pasangkayu Regency. And for the resource aspect itself, it is still inadequate, where the officers in the Disaster Management Agency office of Pasangkayu city are still lacking in terms of human resources
