IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DALAM PENYELESAIAN KONFIL DI KABUPATEN SIGI SULAWESI TENGAH

ABSTRACT

This research aim to find out the implementation of government policies to resolving conflict in Sigi district. The theory in this research using theory of policy implementation by Charles O. Jones, focusing on aspects of the organization, interpretation, and application. This research was analyzed qualitative descriptive method with six participants determinated by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include three methods, such as observation, interviews, and literature in the form of primary and secondary data.

The results of this research indicate that the Implementation of Government Policy in Conflict Resolution which is assessed from the aspects of Organization, Interpretation and Application in Sigi district has not been implemented effectively. This is based on the findings of problems that affect the results of the implementation of policies ranging from human resources issues in terms of both quantity and quality, government prevention programs are not appropriate, termination and post-conflict recovery that has not touched the roots of the problem and working procedures are not yet clear.
