IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENYALURAN BERAS SEJAHTERA DI DESA PANGIANG KECAMATAN BAMBALAMOTU KABUPATEN PASANGKAYU

This study aims to find out how the process of implementing Prosperous Rice Distribution in Pangiang village, Bambalamotu District, Pasangkayu Regency. The study uses qualitative research, with the type of research is the Gruanded Theory research. Where the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observations, interviews and documentation. This study uses the Implementation model according to Vand Meter and Vand Hord (Subarsono) with six variables, namely standard / policy objectives, resources, communication, implementing agent characteristics, social and political economic conditions, and disposition. the number of informants is 9, among others: the village head, village officials, the hamlet head, and the recipient community both the right and the non- entitled.Based on the research results obtained by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Village Government Program in Distribution of Prosperous Rice (RASTRA) in the village of Pangiang, Bambalamotu District, Pasangkayu Regency, the results that have been running well can be seen expressed by Vand Meter and Vand Hord with 6 Variables namely standard / target variables policies, resources, communication, socio-political and economic environment, the characteristics of implementing agencies and dispositions where the standard variables / policies are not optimal because seen from the recipient data there are still many people who are able but still accepting and vice versa, the second is the communication variable where the the executor did not conduct further socialization regarding the Prosperous Rice Program (RASTRA) to the recipient communities
