This study aims to determine how the performance of the apparatus of Wani Satu Village, Tanatovea District, Donggala Regency, whether they have carried out their duties and functions as a Village Government. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. This research uses performance theorySuyadi Prawirosentono with 4 (four) performance appraisal indicators, namely Efficient Effectiveness, Responsibility Authority, Discipline, and Initiative. The informants in this study amounted to 9 (nine) people, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Government Section, Head of the Welfare Section, Seskudes Operators, the community (4 people). The technique used in determining informants is purposive technique, namely by selecting informants or determining informants intentionally. Data collection techniques in this study using techniques: Observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used by this researcher is qualitative analysis method. Based on the research results obtained by the researcher that from these indicators 3 (three) indicators, namely effectiveness, responsibility, discipline and initiative are good in carrying out their duties and functions. So that the authors conclude that the performance of the Village Apparatus Wani Satu, Tanatovea District, Donggala Regency in human resources in realizing the vision and mission to the community is good. It only needs to be improved, especially time discipline, therefore the village head leadership must be even more assertive and provide direction to the apparatus regarding delays in entering the office so that the village government system runs well.
