KINERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH SMA AL-KHAIRAAT PUSAT PALU

This study aims to determine the teacher's performance at the Al-Khairaat High School Palu Center. The theory used in this research is theory Suyadi Prawirosentono, (2008) where there are 4 aspects, namely Effectiveness, Responsibility, Discipline, and Initiative. The basis of this research is descriptive qualitative research, the types of data are Primary Data and Secondary Data. There are 5 informants in this research. Data collection techniques were carried out by Observation, Interview, and Documentation.
Based on the results of research obtained on Performance at the Al-Khairaat High School Palu Center that the level of effectiveness, responsibility, initiative is maximum, but at the level of teacher discipline it has not gone well, especially at work hours and home due to lack of self-awareness. from several teachers.
