This study aims to determine the motivation of apparatus in public services in Poso sub district South City Poso Regency.The theory used in this study Abraham Maslow stated that high motivation includes five factors,physiological needs,security needs,social needs,social needs,self actualization needs Maslow’s motivation theory is very relevant to various agencies stating that work motivation is in giving encouragement.The research basis used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting field research and documentation in collecting data using secondary and primary data,the primary data source is in the form of informants,totaling 5 people from the results of the study it was found that the researcher stated that there was one aspect that was already going quite well,namely the need for a sense of security,social needs,self actualization needs and 2 sufficient aspects,namely physiological needs and the needs for achievement and two sufficient aspects,namely physiological needs and the needs for achievement regarding inadequate facilities.
