Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK III Palu Polisi Daerah Sulawesi Tengah

The study aims to determine how the influence of work Discipline On Employee Performance At The Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK III Palu Polisi Daerah Sulawesi Tengah simultaneously and how much influence. This research uses quantitative research type. Where data collection is obtained from respondents using a data collection tool in the form questionnaire. The determination of the sample using the slovin formula with a population of 92 organic employees with a sample size of 48 people. Sampling technique using proposional random sampling. For the purposes of data analysis this study used IMB SPSS Statistic 24.
The result of this study indicate that work Discipline effects employee performance at RS. Bhayangkara TK III Palu Polisi Daerah Sulawesi Tengah. The work Discipline variabels, namely (obeying, the rules of time, obeying the rules of behavior, obeying the rules of work and obeying the rules of the company) simultaneously Effect the significance of employee performance at RS Bhayangkara TK III Palu Polisi Daerah Sulawesi Tengah. F count value of 5.799 with a significance level of 0.020<0.05 with a coefficience of determination of 11.2%.
